A major milestone for Justin Tuck, defensive end, was winning the 2008 Super Bowl in his third season with the New York Giants. The Kellyton, Alabama native is reaching for the next milestone: marriage. Tuck will marry longtime love Lauran Williamson April 12th. From the field to the chapel isn’t much yardage for this pro-athlete.

What could be better than winning the Super Bowl AND tying the knot a few months later? For Justin Tuck, it is all lining up perfectly. Family, friends and teammates will descend on Birmingham for a wedding weekend filled with fun and surprises. Williamson and Tuck have a vision for their wedding that includes in their celebration key elements of their lives. The nuptials will combine fun and elegance. Arden Ward of Arden Photography will capture all the festivities as the couple’s official wedding photographer. Engagement photos taken by Ward at Giants Stadium have recently been posted on Ward’s blog.     

Tuck and Williamson, a native from Bensalem, Pennsylvania, met while attending the University of Notre Dame. The couple, both business majors, dated four years before their engagement. They dedicate their spare time to community projects and have recently created their own foundation “Team Tuck”.  The foundation focuses on literacy success in Alabama schools and provides college scholarships for athletes.

The year 2008 is shaping up to be the best ever for this happy couple.
