Bridal Consulting/Wedding Planning – He has swept you off your feet with an enchanting engagement proposal and you are floating on cloud nine. Or maybe even ten! You realize your dreams to be the most beautiful bride are about to become a reality. It seems like a fairytale, yet may become a bit overwhelming. That is where we step in.
Our motto for brides is simple: Your wedding day is the first day of your new life! We work with you every step of the way, from proposal to honeymoon, offering a stress free and FUN planning process.
Our relationship with each client is unique and personalized. We listen to what YOU want and then work with your budget to create your fairy tale dream day. We are also realistic! We consult each client through the creation of a budget, offering suggestions that keep you on task financially. Most people have no idea how much a wedding may cost. Our repertoire of vendors offers clients a variety of choices in various price ranges – ensuring that there is no sticker-shock and the decision making process is a smooth one.
Pricing ensure that every bride may enjoy the ease of a wedding planner at a price she can afford. An à la carte pricing list is also available to clients for additional hourly services. Our initial consultation is complimentary. We meet with each bride face to face (or in some long distance cases via phone) to discuss a plan of action and determine that the relationship is a perfect fit.

We offer a complimentary consultation for brides-to-be and their fiancées and/or family members. The consultation consists of wedding visions, style, budget and date. Once the decision is made to hire ashleycopelandinc, a price is determined and the contract is signed by both parties. Let the FUN begin!
Below is a brief overview of how the planning relationship will work and what the couple may expect throughout the planning process
* Complimentary Consultation
* Couples receive personal planning portfolio – consists of Wedding Time Tables, “10 Commandments” of Wedding Planning, “Etiquette Essentials” and a Budget Worksheet
* Consulting – hours may vary per couple
* Management of budget
* Vendor recommendations – Suggested vendors include, but are not limited to: ceremony and reception venues, photographer, videographer, rentals, florist, design team, cake bakery, invitations, bridal gown and wedding party boutiques and formal wear shops, transportation, wedding favors
* Set vendor appointments
* Site visits after couple makes initial contact
* Follow-up calls and visits with vendors - Checklist completed week of wedding
* Contract review to ensure couple is getting best value – Consult on negotiations if applicable
* Attendance at ceremony and reception
* Essentials kit available at ceremony
Full-Service Wedding Planning from Engagement to Wedding FLAT FEE
Day of Coordination $800-$1,000
Combination Services FLAT FEE
Destination Wedding FLAT FEE
** Will include travel expenses
Valet Services:
“Out of Town” Service $500
Includes booking hotel accommodations for out of town guests and negotiating wedding block rates, creating welcome handouts and goody bags, transporting welcome bags to hotel concierge
“HoneyMoon” Service $500
Includes coordinating travel necessities, ensuring that all luggage and “night of” essentials are taken to the hotel prior to wedding, and that all other rentals for ceremony and reception are returned on time to appropriate vendors
“Day After” Service $500
Includes ensuring that all wedding gifts are delivered to specified location, all tuxedo rentals are returned on time and in good condition to the formal wear venue, transport bridal dress to cleaners or other specified location, and follow-up to ensure all vendors have been paid
