Bridal Consulting/Wedding Planning – He has swept you off your feet with an enchanting engagement proposal and you are floating on cloud nine. Or maybe even ten! You realize your dreams to be the most beautiful bride are about to become a reality. It seems like a fairytale, yet may become a bit overwhelming. That is where we step in.
Our motto for brides is simple: Your wedding day is the first day of your new life! We work with you every step of the way, from proposal to honeymoon, offering a stress free and exciting planning process.
Our relationship with each client is unique and personalized. We listen to what YOU want and then work with your budget to create your fairy tale dream day. We are also realistic! We consult each client through the creation of a budget, offering suggestions that keep you on task financially. Most people have no idea how much a wedding may cost. Our repertoire of vendors offers clients a variety of choices in various price ranges – ensuring that there is no sticker-shock and the decision making process is a smooth one.
Consultation and planning services are priced at a flat fee – ensuring that once a budget is agreed upon and the contract is signed there will be no surprises with planning prices.
We offer a complimentary consultation for brides-to-be and their fiancées and/or family members. The consultation consists of wedding visions, style, budget and date. Upon contracting, your first planning appointment is scheduled and the FUN begins!
Below is a brief overview of how the planning relationship will work and what the couple may expect to receive throughout the planning process. The Bouquet is our primary planning service. Les Fleurs are additional services that may be added in addition to The Bouquet. A customized service may be designed upon request and budget will be determined appropriately.
The Bouquet $2,000
- Complimentary Consultation
- Initial planning meeting (up to 2 hours)
- Wedding timetables
- Vendor recommendations and schedule appointments (consultant attends initial meeting and 30-day out meeting)
- Unlimited communication and consultation throughout engagement
- Management of client portfolio, including contract reviews and consulting on contract negotiations
- Consulting on budget
- Planning meeting one month prior to wedding
- Planning meeting week of wedding - final checklist is reviewed
- Thorough vendor follow-up week of wedding and day of wedding
- Oversee vendor invoices are paid and balances paid prior to wedding
- Attendance by two consultants at wedding and reception
- Essentials kit provided at ceremony and reception
Les Fleurs Services:
Vendor Fleur $100/Meeting
- Attendance by a consultant at vendor meetings in addition to initial meeting and 30-day out meeting
HoneyMoon Fleur $250
- Coordinating travel necessities
- Luggage and “night of” essentials are taken to the hotel or loaded in departure transportation
- Organization of travel documents
Day After Fleur $250
- Returning specified rentals on time to rental venues (including formal wear)
- Transport bridal dress to cleaners or other specified location
Out of Town Fleur $500
- Booking hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- Negotiating wedding block rates
- Creating welcome handouts
- Assembling welcome bags
- Transporting welcome bags to hotel concierge
Invitation Fleur $500
- Management of invitation lists and RSVP's for wedding, parties, and/or showers
Rehearsal Night Fleur $500
- Direct rehearsal at ceremony location
- Manage Rehearsal Dinner
- Coordinate vendors involved with rehearsal evening
Reception Assembly Fleur $1000
- Set-up and break-down of reception sites that do not provide on-site staff.
